Around the world, World Renew works to end hunger, expand economic opportunity, and improve health in communities facing poverty and disaster. Guiding this work is our Global Executive Team (GET), a group of experienced leaders who help shape strategy, strengthen operations, and ensure lasting impact.

The GET supports World Renew’s Executive Directors in the United States and Canada and oversees key areas of our ministry—from global programs and disaster response to internal operations and organizational development. Together, they partner with 67 local organizations across 29 countries to advance sustainable, community-led change.

With more than a century of combined experience, the team brings deep expertise across development, humanitarian response, finance, operations, and people leadership—ensuring our work remains effective, accountable, and responsive to the communities we serve.

These outstanding professionals provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to World Renew’s ministry and mission,” said U.S. Executive Director Carol Bremer-Bennett. “The GET is helping shape how we grow as a truly global, multi-local organization.”

Working across three continents, the GET supports staff, partners, and communities who bring our mission to life every day. We are deeply grateful for their dedication to living justice, loving mercy, and serving Christ.

Looking ahead, World Renew’s leadership sees the GET as a key driver of continued growth and impact.

“Our global executive team’s strategic insights and commitment to World Renew’s values will propel us further in achieving our global objectives,” Carol added. “In a time of growth and change for World Renew, we’re excited to add each member’s skills and expertise to our executive team.”
