Discovery Tours are open to individuals, families, and church groups (youth ages 15 & up) who are interested in engaging with other cultures and witnessing the impact of World Renew firsthand. Currently, we are only able to facilitate residents of North America (U.S. or Canada). Check back soon as we hope to expand this opportunity to residents of other countries in the future.
Most Discovery Tours last between 10-12 days, depending on the location and travel time. Check out our current trip opportunities for sample schedules.
Trip activities vary but often include visiting local communities, meeting with program participants and partner organizations, attending a church service, and taking part in cultural excursions like museum or landmark visits.
Costs for Discovery Tours can range from $1000-$5000 plus airfare, depending on location and duration of the trip. Airfare, travel insurance, and all costs are covered by trip participants. Trip costs typically include accommodations, in-country transportation, meals, and guided activities.
